specifically for you when you place an order. That means we can't do
returns right now. Also, once your order hits the road, we can't swing
refunds (see next section). We hope you're cool with this personalized

Refunds
We don't typically offer refunds but if something has gone horribly
wrong with your product, aka it fell apart shortly after receiving
(which it won't) then we can offer you an 80% refund. Why not full
refund? We can't fully eat the cost of materials and shipping at the
moment so we will hang onto a portion. Sorry!
